Experience                 
Bob Terhaar has practiced first-party and third-party insurance defense and subrogation for over twenty eight years. His trial experience includes successful arson and fraud jury verdicts, subrogation trials and significant settlements. He has represented property owners and insurers in complex explosion and fire cases involving multiple deaths and multi-million dollar property damage claims.  Bob tries cases and handles appeals in both State and Federal Courts.

He is a frequent speaker at insurance association and continuing legal education seminars.
