Experience
Michael Rowley’s practice has focused primarily on commercial and residential
construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience representing all types of contractors in condominium and townhome construction defect litigation. He has worked for over ten years in representing contractors in moldy house cases. He has also worked on products liability subrogation and defense, including such varied products as windows, copy machines, and steel buildings. Michael also represents clients in personal injury defense, insurance coverage and vehicle accident litigation.
Michael is a frequent speaker on construction defect and mold litigation topics to insurance industry groups and in continuing legal education seminars.
After law school, Michael served as law clerk to the Honorable Judges
R.A. Randall, Randolph W. Peterson and Robert H. Schumacher at the
Minnesota Court of Appeals. Michael was an Editor for the William Mitchell Law Review.
