Experience
Lauren E. Nuffort joined Terhaar, Archibald, Pfefferle & Griebel, LLP as a law clerk in 2008 and as an Associate in 2010. Before joining TAP&G, Lauren worked as a law clerk in HealthPartners’ Law Department, gaining invaluable legal experiences in transactional healthcare law. While in law school, Lauren served as an assistant editor for the William Mitchell Law Review and received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in criminal procedure and medical malpractice. In 2009, Lauren’s article The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008: Raising a Shield to Genetic Discrimination in Employment and Health Insurance was published by the American Bar Association HEALTH LAWYER and was selected by the ABA Health Law Section as the 2008 Law Student Writing Competition winner. Lauren practices primarily in the areas of general insurance defense litigation and healthcare litigation. Lauren is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minn. Gen. R. Prac.
