Experience                 
Sean Mickelson practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on serving the insurance industry with insurance defense work and rendering opinions and advice concerning insurance coverage issues. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, including motion practice and trial.

Sean has tried cases relating to commercial vehicle and non-commercial vehicle accident and cargo litigation, as well as coverage matters.  He is also the author of several papers related to civil litigation and the insurance industry.
