Experience
Megan Hafner is one of the original members of Terhaar, Archibald, Pfefferle & Griebel, LLP. She is an experienced litigator with extensive experience in healthcare litigation relating to long term care. Her experience includes the evaluation and defense of claims brought against long term care and assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and related health care professionals. She also represents clients with insurance related issues and disputes. Megan has an excellent motion practice track record and has represented clients in state, federal and alternative forums, such as arbitration.
