Lisa R. Griebel (612) 573-3004 lgriebel@tapg-law.com Experience Her experience includes the negotiation and resolution of multi-party, complex, high exposure personal injury, property, and construction related claims. She is a qualified ADR neutral for the State of Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota General Rules of Practice, Rule 114.12, as well as a trained Dispute Resolution Specialist for Construction Dispute Resolution Services, LLC. With regard to professional work and associations, since 1991, Lisa has worked with the American Cancer Society on a pro bono basis, rendering advice to individuals with a history of cancer who need help with employment and insurance related issues. She also gives pro bono advice through the Volunteer Lawyers Network. Lastly, since 2004, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. She has also authored numerous papers and regularly conducts public and private seminars for attorneys, clients, and potential clients, speaking before a variety of audiences, including architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys and industry groups. She has spoken on behalf of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association (defense perspective), the Minnesota Safety Council, American Cancer Society and Minnesota Homes for the Aging. She consistently writes for and gives seminars on behalf of the National Business Institute and HalfMoon LLC. Regular topics include trial practice, alternative dispute resolution, and industry specific legal issues, such as those affecting the construction industry. She regularly achieves “Super Lawyer” status, as voted by her peers in Minnesota, as well as is an “AV rated” attorney as rated by Martindale Hubbell, also as judged by her peers.
